Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale discussed the band’s progress on their new album with PK of Louisville, Kentucky’s ALT 105.1 radio station. They’ve collaborated with producer Dave Cobb, a “huge closet metal fan” according to Hale, for three studio sessions. Despite their busy touring schedule, the album is 70-80% complete. Lzzy utilizes their home studio for vocals, solos, and finishing touches before a final December session to finalize the record.
