The organizers of the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky, have canceled all performances for Friday due to severe weather caused by the remnants of Hurricane Helene. It’s a sad day for metal fans, as the lineup was supposed to include a highly anticipated Slayer reunion. Also set to perform were Till Lindemann, Anthrax, Evanescence, and In This Moment.
The weather was too bad and too dangerous to continue, because let’s be honest, you don’t cancel a Slayer reunion unless it’s absolutely necessary.
